2. Delivery Timelines
  • E-tickets and confirmations are generally sent within 24 hours of booking completion and payment confirmation.
  • In rare cases requiring manual processing or additional documentation, delivery may take longer, and our team will keep you informed.

3. Non-Receipt of Documents
If you do not receive your booking confirmation or travel documents within the stated timeline, please contact our customer support immediately:
